Join a leading Australian chemical manufacturing, warehousing and distribution company driven by innovation, environmental awareness and social responsibility.
Having gone through various acquisitions our client is focused on centralising their Finance and Payroll functions in a new HQ located in Parramatta.
This function will be responsible for paying their 950 employees on various EBA's and awards.
As the Payroll consultant, you will have EH (Keypay) experience and be responsible for working with the vendor and the multiple business units to migrate their divisions to a new centralised payroll system.
The end result will be to ensure the end-to-end processes are efficient, streamlined in delivering accurate and on time pay to employees.
About you
- Previous Employment Hero (Keypay) experience, understanding of the functionality of the system
- Ability to work to the project plan and vendor to deliver the various stages of the migration - config, testing, parallel runs and go-live
- Strong payroll knowledge and data analysis experience with the ability to provide insightful reports / solutions to address issues
- Demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines - Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written & verbal
