Working as a trainee within the Division of Surgery and Perioperative Medicine at Flinders Medical Centre will be a thrilling and rewarding experience. **About the Role**:
The trainee, Administration Services Officer will work closely with staff in the business unit to provide administration services whilst completing a Nationally Recognised Qualification. As the Administrative Trainee, some of your duties may involve:

- Assisting with administrative duties as required in line with skill level.
- Assisting with the ordering of supplies for the business unit as directed.
- Contributing to a welcoming environment.
- Handling patient enquiries, both face to face and over the phone.

**About you**:

- Display a customer service focus.
- Ability to accurately within set timeframes and be responsive to change.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy of work.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet agreed timelines.
- Have effective communication skills and be able to communicate clearly with a wide range of people.
- Have excellent timekeeping, including being on-time for work, for meetings, appointments and training sessions.
- Willingness and commitment to personal development through education and training.
