**The Opportunity**:
Join our esteemed host company, a pioneer since 1995 in providing Cargo Care, Spill Kits, and Safety Products to the Transport & Logistics industry across Australia. With strategically located branches in major cities, they are committed to being the premier destination for all safety solutions.
Based in Regency Park, they are currently in search of a dedicated Business Administration Trainee to join their dynamic team and provide customer service support and administration support to the Branch.

**Duties may include**:

- Balance deposits in EFTPOS and SAP daily
- Filing delivery dockets for Proof of Delivery
- Provide administration support for Branch Coordinator and Internal Sales Representatives
- Manage Online orders.
- Manage branch transfers
- Manage Freight bookings for the branch
- Assist in answering inbound calls and greet walk-in customers
- Provide Customers with quotes and pricing
- Obtain pricing for products from suppliers when required

**About You**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident with the right to work in Australia
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and strong administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Proficient computer skills
