**Company**:
Our client is a leading design and construct firm based in Sydney and are looking for a talented Marketing and Client Relations Manager to join their team. They specialise in commercial property and work with some of Australia’s largest landlords. Our client is committed to providing innovative and high-quality solutions to its clients.

Reporting to the Directors of the firm, you will be responsible for marketing strategies that will drive the growth and success of the company along with nurturing client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital communications, press and media
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to secure new clients
- Developing and managing the company's brand and image
- Managing and coordinating events and sponsorships

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5-8 years of experience in a related industry and industry connectivity in the wider commercial property communities
- Proven track record in marketing and client relations, ideally within the design and construct industry
- Experience in marketing and brand management, business development support, press and media, and digital communications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team
