About the role
Based from St Albans, this wonderful opportunity is for people who are passionate about community support, who enjoy guiding and developing others, and who have a genuine interest to partner with, and learn from experienced and inspiring colleagues and senior leaders.
It is responsible for the leadership and development of a small team that delivers multiple NDIS funded programs in the areas of Support Coordination (Level 2 and 3) and Individualised Support (predominantly capacity-building).
Reporting to the Regional Manager and working alongside other Team Leaders, your day-to-day role will include: - ensuring the effective delivery of quality services; development of your team providing mentoring and supervision to expand their knowledge and careers; and support the strategic development of your portfolio through strong customer service and some business development.
About you
The salary package on offer for the position ranges from $73-$77.5K + 11.5% Super + up to $18,550 Salary Packaging Benefits + Royal Rewards. Any certificates or qualifications relevant to this sector or equivalent experience, will attract a base salary towards the higher end.
