HRS is expanding, and we’re looking for **full-time and part-time Team Leaders** to join our team In this role, you’ll oversee the daily cleaning operations of the site, lead a team of cleaning staff, ensure quality standards are maintained, and promote a clean and safe environment. The Team Leader will work under limited direction and report to the Cleaning Supervisor.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Assign cleaning duties to team members and monitor their progress throughout the shift to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor periodic site tasks to maintain cleanliness and ensure safety standards are met.
- Address customer or client inquiries and resolve complaints related to cleaning services promptly.
- Provide regular reports to the Cleaning Supervisor regarding team performance, any issues, and progress.
- Ensure the team complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Keep accurate records of team attendance, completed cleaning tasks, and any incidents or accidents.
- Respond to and support emergency cleaning requests and tasks as required.
- Assist in the development and management of schedules and rosters for the cleaning staff.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A minimum of 2 years of commercial cleaning experience.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning operations.
- Valid Australian work rights.
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
