**Responsibilities include**:

- Leading and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children in indoor and outdoor environments, documenting and extending children's learning.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively.

**About you**
- Diploma qualification or above
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management and Anaphylaxis training.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care

You will have excellent communication skills, radiate a sense of fun and be passionate about early childhood education and care. We are also seeking experienced and passionate Early childhood Educators and Teachers to join our team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
