Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our team at Glenny Kebabs. In this role, you will support our kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Your contributions will help us deliver the exceptional dining experience our customers have come to love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for kebabs and other menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out the trash.
  • Support cooking staff during busy periods by ensuring that ingredients and supplies are readily available.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
  • Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
  • Collaborate with team members to create an efficient and positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
