Cleaning Supervisor

HRS is expanding, and we’re looking for full-time and part-time Cleaning Supervisors to join our team In this role, you’ll oversee the daily hands-on cleaning operations of multiple sites, maintain quality standards, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate cleaning staff, assigning tasks, ensuring proper training and onboarding, and maintaining communication.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and implement quality control measures to meet ISO standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and track stock levels.
- Maintain records of schedules, inspections, attendance, and prepare performance reports for management.
- Perform scheduled periodic cleaning tasks as required.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A minimum of 3 years of commercial cleaning experience.
- A self-motivated, energetic individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, along with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning operations.
- Valid Australian work rights.
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
