**The opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Assistant Development Manager to join our Development team in Brisbane.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the State Development team in time to ensure the Logos key performance requirements are achieved.
- Support the state Development team to assess, identify and manage all potential risks associated to the projects.
- Provide general support to the asset management team with tenant leasing enquiries, submission presentation, commercial negotiation and legal documentation.
- Visit project sites to evaluate progress and report to State Development team as required.
- Communicate and follow up with clients about specific projects.
- Build strong client and stakeholder working relationships.
- Manage feedback from clients and report to State Development team to take actions as required.

**Who we’re looking for**:
To excel in this position, you will ideally possess the following:

- Degree in Property, Construction or Architecture related disciplines and substantial relevant experience OR Post Graduate qualification in a property related discipline and relevant experience.
- At least 1-3 years of Development coordination experience in the state market ideally in industrial property sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising and managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required.
- Can solve problems, plan and have strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Have good people skills and can manage ambiguity and constant changes effectively.
- Be part of a collaborative culture that is high performing, dynamic and fast-paced.
