**About the role**
- Support feasibility analysis and project strategy for brownfield and mixed-use developments.
- Assist in the preparation and review of development and feasibility models to evaluate project viability eg discounted cash flows (DCF).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including planners, architects, and financial consultants.
- Contribute to project reporting, risk assessments, and investment memoranda.
- Engage with clients to understand drivers and conduct options analysis to assist with project pathways.
- Monitor project progress and assist in managing timelines, budgets, and approvals.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Property, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in property development, ideally in an Assistant Development Manager or Assistant Development Project Manager role.
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple projects throughout project lifecycle.
- Strong financial acumen including the ability to input into investment proposal submissions to clients
- Experience procuring/engaging with planning and design consultants to achieve positive outcomes.
- Background with producing/maintaining project schedules
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
