We are looking for an Administration Officer to support our team. This role is suitable for anyone with a willingness to learn and perform in a team orientated environment.

What will you be responsible for?
- Daily bank statement review and processing of bank deposits to the general ledger system,
- Daily banking as required,
- Reconciliation of vehicle debtors and collection of outstanding funds,
- Reconciliation of parts and service debtors and collection of overdue accounts,
- Providing Administration support to various internal departments as required,
- Handling both incoming and outgoing mail,
- Operating and maintaining the switchboard,
- Handling internal enquiries,
- Accounts payable - end to end process
- Preparation of detailed monthly reports
- Building relationships and liaising with internal & external stakeholders to achieve results,
- Provide relief to the internal accounts department to cover absences.

- Possess outstanding administration skills,
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills, and
