We are looking for a full time **E-Commerce Manager** to join our growing marketing team based at our HQ in Newstead, Brisbane.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and elevating our online retail presence. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping a premium shopping experience that reflects the essence of our brand, while driving strategic growth across all e-commerce touchpoints. This is a key leadership role within the marketing function, requiring both analytical acumen and a refined sensibility for storytelling and customer experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies aligning with overall business objectives including customer acquisition, revenue and retention
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Define seasonal and annual business plans aligned with overarching brand and commercial goals
- Identify opportunities for innovation, platform enhancement, and digital differentiation
- Oversee and lead an ecommerce team that executes the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the e-commerce platform.
- Oversee day-to-day management of the website, ensuring flawless functionality, elevated UX/UI, and an immersive brand journey across all devices
- Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to ensure all site content, product presentation, and imagery meet brand standards
- Own site merchandising, navigation, and product storytelling to support new collections, campaigns, and key moments
- Alongside the Brand Manager, ensure accurate product information and display
- Implement merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions
- Utilise analytics tools to track website performance, customer behaviour, and sales metrics.
- Compile data from the marketing team and put together a monthly Ecommerce report to gather insights and inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Support the execution of omnichannel initiatives, product launches, and integrated campaigns to ensure a seamless brand experience
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall online shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with customer service and logistics teams to ensure elevated service standards, shipping quality, and issue resolution.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally within the fashion industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Deep understanding of brand positioning and digital consumer behaviour
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce)
- Strong analytical skills with command of Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and e-commerce metrics
- Experienced in managing digital projects, campaigns, and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
