About the role

Are you a Consumer Support Guru?

The purpose of this role is to provide high level Consumer and Shopper Online Portal support to Consumers, Shoppers and Retailers.

What you’ll do

Ability to work after initial training this position is Sunday to Thursday. (WFH Sun 9:00am-5:00pm & WFH - 1 designated day per week 1:00pm - 9:00pm)

Addressing concerns raised by Shoppers and IGA Retailers

Responsible for answering queries, feedback and complaints regarding all Corporate Branded products in the portfolio and communicating with the Product Technologist daily

Liaising with suppliers to provide appropriate investigation to the Product Technologists

Proactively manage individual claims from notification to closure within required timeframe.

Resolving all conflict to achieve a “Win-Win” solution by balancing the needs of the customer and the needs of the business

Answering high volume inbound call types in accordance with the Customer Service Quality Assurance Program.

Ensure high accuracy in data entry, covering orders, claims, customer records and information

Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work as part of a team and autonomously

What you’ll bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Knowledge of Sales Force

Excellent time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and complete tasks in agreed time frames

Strong attention to detail

Great verbal and written communication skills
