**About the Role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Growth Lead Coordinator** to join our Head Office in Cannon Hill

This position will play an integral role in identifying and converting outbound leads into qualified opportunities to support the growth of Endeavour Foundation's core customer base while also acting as the central point of contact for enquiries. This is a very diverse role, working closely with all facets of the organisation as well as external stakeholders. No days are ever the same

Other key duties will include:

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers that have been identified as potential qualified leads
- Converting calls into qualified leads and setting appointments for representatives from the Growth team for further follow up
- Working closely with the marketing team to coordinate events in timely manner
- Conducting warm calls to gain potential leads that may have previously disengaged
- Ensuring all enquiries within the Growth team inbox are resolved in a timeframe that meets established service level agreements
- Managing data for prospective customers in the organisation's CRM database, ensuring all communications are logged accurately
- Developing a strong knowledge of the organisation’s products and services in order to inform prospective customers
- Perform logístical and administration duties to support the Growth team, as required

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Demonstrated experience working in sales/telesales or network marketing
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Organised with a proactive approach to work and ability to think outside the box
- Strong customer service orientation with a clear, articulate phone manner
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Experience using a CRM database such as SalesForce to log calls and record information
- You enjoy working collaboratively
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and systems relevant to the role
