Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.

IMC and its associated indigenous Joint Venture partners have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resources clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Northern Star Resources, FMG, Roy Hill, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013.

Due to expediential growth, we are looking for an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with end-to-end mobilisation activities to join our Bayswater based Head office.

**Key Duties and responsibilities**:

- In conjunction with business stakeholders, design and rollout a new centralised mobilisation function.
- Managing end-to-end mobilisation activities, including travel, accommodation site inductions etc.
- Re-scheduling and adapting rostering changes, ensuring communication of changes to site and operational team.
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondence.
- Reporting to effectively manage compliance and governance.
- Booking of varied requisite medicals or training and liaising with medical providers to retrieve medical results in timely manner.
- Communicate with internal clients to ensure they are fully supported.
- Travel to our sites to further your knowledge within the industry and build relationships with our site teams.

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous Mobilisation experience (essential)
- Experience with information including Pronto, Jobadder, Microsoft Office - preferably Outlook, Word and Excel as well as mobilisation systems such as INX etc.
- Show initiative and the ability to complete tasks autonomously and make decisions whilst also being a valued team player
- Excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to successfully complete pre-employment medical including drug screen.
