As a Client Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients. You will work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive and effective solutions to clients' needs.

Your duties will include:

- Developing and implementing client service policies and procedures
- Monitoring and analyzing client service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve performance
- Managing relationships with key clients and handling escalations when necessary
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences
- Managing Meeting rooms
- Managing certain teams

**The Successful Applicant**:
To qualify for this position, you should possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams. You should also have experience in client services, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
