**About the role**:
The Diversity and Inclusion Partner will support the diversity and inclusion agenda at Austin Health and the delivery of a range of organisational wide initiatives to advance the benefits of workforce diversity and inclusion.

Working closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, this role will see you contribute to the development of meaningful initiatives across a number of diversity pillars. The role will also see you connect with various working groups and build a network across the organisation.

**About you**:
Experience in a similar diversity and inclusion or organisational development support role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, develop networks and foster effectively working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to take personal accountability for work deliverables, meeting commitments and consistently achieving results.
- The ability to prioritise competing work projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and can add value in decision making.
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline (Human Resources, Training, Education, Organisational Development, Social Justice, Human Rights or similar)
