**Rostering Support Officer - Richmond, Melbourne**

**Full-Time Opportunity**

**Salary $50,000 - $52,500 + Superannuation**

The Extend Group is the premier group of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) companies, providing before and after school care and vacation care for children across Australia.

An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and dedicated Rostering Support Officer to join our tight-knit team. The position is based at our funky warehouse office in Richmond. This is a newly created role due to the growth of our group of companies. We are looking for a team player with analytical skills and the ability to plan and forecast. You will review roster requirements each day for Extend After School Care and VillageOSHC and ensure shifts are covered at correct staff ratios by appropriately qualified educators.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Roster management
- Shift filling
- Liaising with educators about their shifts
- Liaising with managers about their rosters and teams
- Confirming educator qualifications
- Administrative support

**Essential Criteria**
- Relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced role.
- Demonstrated solution focused approach.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
- Well organised and a multitasker.
- Prior rostering experience desirable but not essential. We provide full training
