We’re looking for a Manager to support Payment Service Providers (PSPs)

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountability - This Account Manager will be responsible for engagement, growth and partnership with Payment Service Providers (PSP) and associated stakeholders (e.g. e-Commerce Merchants, Market Places, Payment Facilitators, Acquirers, Access Control Server Providers)
- Responsibility - This role is responsible for all activity with PSPs, setting and driving the strategy for growth. The role requires close engagement with Mastercard Customer Segment Managers e.g., Merchant and Commerce Team, e.g., Financial Institution Team and Digital Consumer Team and Customer Solution Centre
- Flexibility and Support - Partners with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support
- Collaboration
- Focused on the client and their end user - You are focused on client and developing profitable, relevant outcomes for both parties.

Experience
- You have proven e-commerce engagement and growth experience.
- Minimum 3 years e-commerce experience a must.
- PSP experience ideal
- People management
- Australia Payment System knowledge, including understanding of Payment System Regulation
- You have proven client relationship skills
- Experience with delivering products to market working across: marketing, operations and technology teams
- Sound business judgment with proven financial acumen and analytical skills
- Strong ability to interact, as strong team player, ability to collaborate with peers and proven ability to work in a matrix organization
- Demonstrates strong self-awareness, open to different approaches and ideas and open to challenging status quo to drive new business initiatives
- Good communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
- A track record of delivering and driving results in e-commerce
- A passion for learning new things and being resilient during project delivery.
