Hellers Australia and PERSOLKELLY ANZ are working together exclusively to recruit numerous permanent full-time positions based in Jandakot. **The Role** The Supply Planner is accountable for planning and management of all Raw Material, inventory forecasting, purchasing and receipting in line with production schedules and sales forecasts. The Supply Planner will grow and strengthen internal relationships with Quality, Production, Sales and Finance to ensure open and clear/concise communication with all levels of the organisation. The Supply Planner will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure open and effective communication, and successful implementation of Raw Materials/Packaging inventory related initiatives at Hellers Australia. **Duties / Responsibilities**: - Working with suppliers to ensure supply levels and DIFOT are met - Monitoring the progress of incoming orders and management of daily issues/requirements/ processes with suppliers and affected internal stakeholders - Procurement of required materials in accordance with MRP requirements and inventory objectives from approved suppliers ensuring that Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives are met - Receipting of all Raw materials into the ERP system - Facilitate ongoing review, setting and adherence to safety stock levels for raw materials, and packaging materials - Identify and report slow moving / obsolete / on hold RM inventory and develop and implement plans to eliminate - Maintain accuracy with planning tools and systems to ensure improvements in MRP planning accuracy - Be a company "super-user" in the planning and purchasing modules of the ERP system - Participate in special projects and cross-functional project teams as required **Skills / Experience** - Preferred: Significant experience in supply chain, inventory or materials areas - Experience with MRP/ERP Systems - Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint, MS Office skills - Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated attention to detail - Proven financial and business analysis skills - First class collaborative and relationship building skills - Excellent Communication/ Written Skills - Proven Forecasting Experience - Strong Negotiation Skills - Self-directed, innovative and results driven This is a really good opportunity to be part of a fantastic team with the Hellers name and solid reputation they hold, you will be part of a strong organisation and be rewarded with a completive salary. **To Apply** **Who are we** At PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.
