Inventory Demand Planner - BTP Group

We are seeking an Inventory Demand Planner to join our Supply Department at BTP Hazelmere. This is an integral role that will see you support the function and contribute to the team’s overall success.

Your Skill
Experience in a similar role with the heavy mobile equipment industry or related sectors.
An inventory, supply or warehouse background.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
Proficient in inventory management software and systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. A
Proactive, highly motivated person with Strong communication and team working skills and a high level of time management.
Computer literate with MS Office 365 Word, Advanced MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Analysing market trends, sales forecasts, and historical data to develop accurate demand forecasts for Service Exchange production and inventory.
Liaise with customers plus manage and build key relationships.
Support the warehouse with storage / shipping requirements of service exchange components. Ensure dispatches are according to customer requirements.
Monitoring & Reporting on Actual sales performance and forecasted demands to identify and address any gaps or discrepancies.
Demand forecasting to key stakeholders, management, sales teams, and production planners.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise.
Actively promote and contribute to a positive Health, Safety and Environment Culture through leading by example.
