- Experience as a barista in specialty or high-volume settings
- Confident with espresso machines, grinders, milk frothers, etc.
- Reliable, consistent, and calm
- Friendly, courteous, and professional in both appearance and demeanour
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail in both service and presentation
- Interest in coffee quality and customer experience
