Peoples Coffee 440, is on the lookout for an experienced cafe manager to start immediately. You will become part of an exciting team at a cafe with a great culture.

We operate 5 days a week with no weekends and no nights required You must be passionate about great food, great coffee and consistently delivering great customer service.

The successful applicants will have experience rostering, ordering, have awesome customer service skills, have experience with specialty coffee, be able to meet targets (wages, purchases & sales) and be able to lead from the front. You must be able to create a warm, friendly customer focused environment that keeps our customers coming back. You must also have demonstrable experience in managing and setting up systems & procedures for the smooth & efficient running of the cafe. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role will be required.

Applicant must also possess the following;
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player
- Previous cafe experience
- Open to change and adapting to new principles
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Be reliable, punctual, productive
- Maintain a clean environment at all times
- Extremely well presented
- Have great attention to detail with a can-do attitude
- Impeccable communication skills

This is a full time position with a salary of $73,000 plus superannuation.
