We're seeking an experienced, polished, and welcoming all-rounder/FOH to join our lobby cafe located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. From welcoming customers and serving food and coffee, to supporting daily operations, this role is perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service with warmth and consistency.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Thoughtful, reliable, and consistent in your approach to work
- Courteous, warm, and well-presented with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, close-knit team
- Comfortable taking initiative and maintaining high standards
- Current RSA (or willingness to obtain one) as alcohol service may be required
- Strong focus on cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail
