**The Role**

You’ll be joining one of Australia’s fastest growing reg-tech companies to help us on the next phase of our journey at Checked. As an Operations Manager, you’ll be working directly as a key member of the leadership team to support out initiatives in driving operational excellence across the business. You'll drive action through the continued development of our Operations and Customer Success team members.

**Requirements**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Checked’s hyper growth
- Identify and execute on on-the-job and structured development & training content/opportunities across your team
- Facilitate regular team member feedback, reviews, 1:1 and performance evaluations
- Leading and executing core projects, ranging from process improvements to new product launches, new geographic expansions, and more
- Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
- Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
- Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally from a related role in the technology, fintech or broader tech sector, but not necessary
- An ability to deliver high quality project outcomes coupled with a strong work ethic and a bias for action
- Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Skilled at breaking down large, complex problems into smaller ones
- Passionate about working with data and uncovering insights
- Natural curiosity and will to make an impact; a desire to learn & grow
