To grow our Canberra Airport team, MSS is offering a limited number of scholarship opportunities to both existing guards and external referrals.

At MSS Security, we intend to increase our permanent, casual and reliever workforce, particularly those working across both the guarding and aviation space between March to June 2025.

Joining our Aviation team is a great next career step for existing staff and an equally exciting career option for those new to the industry

Courses offered are:
- Cert II in Transport Security Protection- Cert II in Security Operations

Successful referrals will _each_ be eligible for a $500 bonus. That’s $500 for,- the MSS employee who made the referral _and_- the new employee upon passing probation.*

Existing MSS personnel who complete a Cert II in Transport Security Protection and take up a permanent position at Canberra airport will also be elieble for a $500 bonus.

All roles require eligibility for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
