Servicing 19 different airlines across eight Australian airports, Star Aviation are Australia’s most dedicated ground handling service. And now, we’re looking for another Customer Service Officer to join the team at Canberra Airport

**What we’re looking for**:

- Customer focus to deliver exceptional service
- Reliability, punctuality and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
- Able to work well in a fast paced team environment
- Physically fit and able to perform regular lifting duties of up to 30kgs
- Previous manual handling experience
- Available to work a rotating shift roster including weekends
- Safety conscious, hard working and reliable individual
- Positive attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- A valid driver’s licence

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $22.32 - $36.43 per hour

- Canberra, ACT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
