About the Role

At SSP Australia, we operate six vibrant and dynamic venues at Canberra Airport — from specialty coffee to craft beer, fresh food and premium lounge service. We are now seeking passionate Food & Beverage Attendants, Baristas, Café Floor and Bar Staff to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for every traveller.

What we are offering

• Flexible rosters: 24–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase based on performance.

What we are looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Barista or bar experience highly regarded (but not essential — training provided).
• A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking skills, and a professional work ethic.
• Own reliable transport is required due to early shift times
• Flexibility to work across different shifts.
