**Introduction**:
Peninsula Leisure is currently seeking expressions of interest from allied health professionals for the lease of a consulting suite within the Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) that would suit a Physiotherapist, Nutritionist, Sports Dietician, Exercise Physiologist, or similar professional services.

With PARC being a world class aquatics and leisure facility in Frankston, we are seeking a reputable and respected Allied Health tenant that will have the ability to add to the high standard of service that is currently delivered at PARC.

Currently, there are 6 fit for purpose treatment rooms available. The lease could include either a singular room or a package of rooms.

**As part of the leasing agreement, the lease would include**:

- A potential client pool of almost 10,000 PARC members and over one million centre visitations each year.
- Up to 6 treatment rooms, including waiting room area, bathroom, electricity, and cleaning services.
- Access to a fully equipped PARC gym, fitted out with the latest TechnoGym equipment.
- Access to a hydrotherapy pool, with direct access from the treatment space.
- A dedicated storage room.
- The ability to generate referral networks with the existing PARC Personal Trainer & Group Exercise staff.
- The ability to periodically liaise with the Peninsula Leisure Marketing team to promote the Allied Health business.
- A dedicated liaison point (Peninsula Leisure Health and Fitness Manager) to discuss ongoing tenant relationship.
- Client access to Peninsula Leisure’s PARC Plus which includes hundreds of hours of Group Exercise classes, nutrition and wellbeing tips, and exercise demonstrations.

To ensure all parties are given the opportunity to express their intentions and requirements for this space the following points should be included as part of the submission:

- Background of organisation/individual
- How the space would be utilised
- The proposed benefits for PARC and members
- Any additional support required
- Proposed lease amount

During this time, a formal interview will be conducted, and all parties notified a final decision made by the end of September at the latest.
