**Job Description**:
**About the Role**

As the Brand Manager, you will work alongside the broader marketing team to build and roll out marketing plans for the Winning Group brands including Winning Appliances, Spence and Lyda, Rogerseller, Appliances Online and Home Clearance. You’ll bring with you broad marketing skills, with a focus and passion for the digital side of marketing, as well as a love of brand management and people and team management.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, data driven, environment which will require you to prioritise commitments to internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. As a senior leader in the team, you’ll need to be comfortable balancing your time between strategy, team management, as well as getting involved in the details when required.

**What your day-to-day might look like**:

- Ensuring the team has an understanding of priorities, managing campaigns through the entire funnel
- Providing expert guidance across traditional, digital, SEM, Social & trigger marketing campaigns
- Working through the marketing plan and planning out upcoming campaigns with suppliers, PRMs (Buying), and management
- Meet with our suppliers to discuss co-marketing activity
- Manage relationships with external agencies and coordinate campaign promotional outcomes with suppliers
- Review results constantly to look at how we do better

**Qualifications**:
**A bit about you**
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a position within a high pace marketing environment
- Experience within ecommerce would be highly desirable
- Extensive experience in digital and brand marketing with a focus on designing and building successful retail marketing campaigns
- Proven experience of people leadership and managing a team
- Great communication skills
- Understanding of, and experience working with a marketing automation platform would be beneficial
