- Operating on WA time zone
- Supportive Management

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Working Hours 11.30am - 8.00pm (daylight savings) or 10.30am - 7.00pm (non daylight savings)
- Answering incoming calls
- Building relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Meeting/greeting visitors
- General administration - filing / data entry
- Assisting the Freight department with operational tasks

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Prior reception and/or freight experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent personal presentation and well groomed
- A genuine interview in developing a career in Freight Forwarding
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Pleasant, professional & confident phone manner
- Able to work independently and unsupervised

You will be rewarded to with full training and the opportunity to further develop your skills within Freight Forwarding.
