Hermitage Dental Kempsey is a well-established, patient-focused dental practice committed to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced and personable Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team on a casual basis (3–4 days per week).
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly.
Your duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting patients
- Managing phone enquiries and appointment bookings
- Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS/EFTPOS)
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Providing general administrative support to the dental team
About You
We're looking for someone reliable, organised, and professional, with a strong focus on patient care and team collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in dental or medical reception (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using dental software or the ability to learn quickly
- A friendly and professional approach to patient care
