This is a fantastic opportunity to join our CX and Strategy team, in this 6 month contract (with possibility of permanency beyond that). taking leadership of a high profile migration to a new omni-channel marketing automation platform, supporting Australian Cricket’s vision for brilliant experiences

Here’s the deal

Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Data Strategy you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing the business requirements across all Australian Cricket (AC) and work with the AC technology team and vendor to ensure delivery against these requirements.

About the role

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Contribute to the successful delivery of Marketing Automation platform migration within set timeframes
- Representative of the ‘end users’ (business users including CA marketing, state marketing, BBL Club marketing, community, CX, communications) across AC in the multi-faceted project plan
- Be the lead voice in inspiring, collating and championing enablement of priority business use cases
- Articulate data collection and integration requirements, through documenting ‘data for purpose’ based on specific user cases

About you

**You’ll have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar (desirable but not essential)
- 5+ years working in data driven digital and CRM Marketing
- Understanding of MarTech technology and databases, with willingness to expand expertise
- Sound knowledge of digital media channels and reporting tools/analytics
- Experience articulating business requirements to technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to influence stakeholders and reach common understanding
- Proven project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of defined responsibilities and outcomes
- An interest and ability to develop expertise in audience and customer journey creation

**and preferably skills and experience in**:

- Understanding of data integration concepts such as APIs, webhooks etc
- Entry level HTML, CSS skills
- Basic/intermediate SQL experience
