About the Role:
As a Marketing Automation Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's groundbreaking marketing initiatives. Your expertise in Marketing Automation will be paramount in optimising campaigns and ensuring desired outcomes are achieved. One of the unique aspects of this role is the opportunity to be part of the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to HubSpot, our client's chosen Marketing Automation platform. In this autonomous role, you'll have the freedom to shape and optimize campaigns using the latest tools and technologies, propelling our client's marketing efforts to unparalleled heights.
In this exciting role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilising your data investigation skills to analyse customer profiles and segment data for highly targeted and effective campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and influencing campaign strategies.
- Implementing test and control cells to measure campaign performance, refining and optimising activities based on data-driven insights.
- Ensuring data integrity and maintaining robust quality assurance processes throughout the campaign life-cycle.
- Contributing to the development of marketing strategies and recommending next best actions based on robust data analysis.
About You:
To excel in this role, you are a digitally savvy marketer with a degree qualification and a passion for driving exceptional results. Your prior experience in Marketing Automation, particularly with HubSpot, will be highly advantageous. Strong communication, project management, and time management skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Your mastery of data manipulation and extracting valuable insights from large data sets will allow you to influence decisions based on robust analysis. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms, such as Twilio Segment, will be an additional advantage.
- Prior experience and expertise in Marketing Automation, with proficiency in platforms such as HubSpot (certifications desired).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating closely with business unit leads and project partners.
- The ability to succeed in a cross-functional team environment and deliver planned outcomes.
- Excellent analytical skills, capable of manipulating and eliciting insights from large data sets.
- Strong communication, project management, and time management skills.
- The ability to influence decisions based on robust data analysis.
