Marketing Automation Specialist

The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a critical role in optimising and executing marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Hubspot). This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, strong technical expertise, and a passion for data-driven marketing.
- Develop and implement Marketing Automation Strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and triggered communications.
- Utilise marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to drive effective lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Optimise and automate processes to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency.
- Campaign Management Support
- Develop, monitor, and analyse marketing automation metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimisations to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and developers, to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
- Lead Management & CRM Integration
- Oversee lead management processes, including lead capturing, segmentation, and scoring.
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing automation efforts with sales goals and support lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information on marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimise marketing automation strategies.
- Training and Collaboration
- Train and educate team members on marketing automation best practices and ensure their proficiency in utilising marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their marketing automation requirements and provide guidance on campaign execution and optimization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in marketing automation technologies.
- Establish efficient marketing automation workflows with key stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience working in marketing automation, preferably in a B2B or data & technology-driven environment.
- Result oriented with a passion for marketing automation and a strong track record of successful campaign execution.
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms particularly HubSpot
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with CRM integration and lead management processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using analytics tools.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
