Permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Production Planner based in the northern suburbs of Hobart.

**Your new role**

As Production and Logistics Planner, you will plan the processing of timber through their site. Your responsibilities will include health and safety, people management, expense management, process and continuous improvement, as well as inventory management.

**What you'll need to succeed**

This role will see you integrate into a diverse environment where you can clearly demonstrate your skills and experience in a manufacturing site. You also have strong computer skills and experience with ERP, and ideally M3. With excellent communication and an ability to build strong working relationships, you must also have proven knowledge and experience with:

- Health and safety
- Manufacturing and production
- Budgeting and P&L performance
- Strategic plans and business initiatives
- Continuous improvement
- Managing a team
- Inventory management & stock levels.
