**Who are we looking for?**

GHD has opportunities for Engineers & Scientists to join our newly created Sustainability Team in Tasmania to help support and drive our sustainability strategy.

Our team collaborates with clients and key stakeholders to identify opportunities to support energy transition, circular economy, decarbonisation, ESG, climate change, and sustainable buildings and infrastructure.

We’re open to applicants at various career stages, and we’ll tailor the role to suit your skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to be supported by our global team of experts within a large and well-established international consultancy and be involved with innovative projects in Tasmania.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Joining a team of highly motivated and passionate individuals and mentors while delivering innovative client solutions in sustainability.
- Working closely with Project Managers and Design Leads to integrate sustainability considerations into design considerations on multidisciplinary projects.
- Supporting the growth of our local sustainability offering by identifying opportunities and packaging GHD's services to meet client needs.
- Establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with clients, GHD staff and suppliers

**What you will bring to the team**:

- A degree qualification in Sustainability, Engineering, Science or other related field
- A passion for developing innovative, sustainable solutions and helping clients embrace a circular economy
- Experience working in a consulting environment, including working closely with clients
- Experience and understanding of all phases of a project lifecycle
- Well-developed ability to maintain strong internal and external client relationships
