**Your new role**
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the bank websites, updating content daily and providing ongoing business support as needed.
The profile of what we are looking for is a passionate about following best digital practices. Proactive, ambitious with a can-do attitude and consider communication and relationship building skills to be a key strength. You will be able to work autonomously as well as effectively within a small team environment.
Internally you will be supported by other high performing teams, within a culture that promotes collaboration and outside the box thinking. You will be a key team member of the Website Team and play an important role in driving success within the bank.
Your primary focus will be in:
- Assisting in driving traffic and growing the audience of the company owned websites.
- Managing content updates and support the Website Team with a range of digital content requirements as well as supporting the business with their website requests.
- Ensuring online content is accurate, compliant and engaging.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar digital content role
- Experience writing copy for digital channels with knowledge of best practices
- Knowledge of SEO
- Experience using content management systems
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the Bank’s success
- Excellent attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Passionate about constant evolution and improvement. A growth mindset and a commitment to getting better every single day.
