**Your New Role**

Your new role will be to collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing strategies. The focus will be on managing the organization’s website, enhancing SEO, and overseeing Google Ads campaigns. This will include:

- Website Management: Maintaining and updating the organisation's website, ensuring it reflects the brand, services, and patient information.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimizing website content, meta tags, and keywords to improve organic search rankings.
- SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Planning, executing, and monitoring paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Content Creation: Working alongside the Social Media Manager and Videographer to create effective content for web content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Implementing strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the Social Media Manager to align digital efforts across platforms.
- Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in agency, consumer goods or retail industries
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Analytics, and SEM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness through digital channels.
