Mattel Australia & New Zealand are seeking a passionate Sales Analyst to join our Sales team In this role you will work to support the team by monitoring sales forecast and performance, while providing insights into opportunities to ensure product availability and sales are maximized.

**As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for**:

- Designing, preparing, maintaining reports and analysing data to drive commercial insights to improve decision making and to ensure product availability and sales are maximized.
- Monitoring sales performance and obsolescence risks in conjunction with sales team.
- Assisting the Sales team with the implementation and maintenance of tracking tools (mostly Excel based) for new lines, promotions, catalogues, and media activations.
- Monitoring SKU performance and providing the Account Managers with a review of sell-in and sell-thru data to help identify inventory risks and opportunities.
- Seeking continuous improvement and efficiency in account, business unit and market performance reporting.
- Open orders management with sales administration to maximize sales.
- Maximizing eComm accounts with supporting assets and image download to self-serve retailer catalogues.
- Communicating directly with stores enquiries re: product information, availability, and order tracking.
- General Sales administrative tasks including ad hoc account administration, data loading and presentation preparation utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Tertiary qualified in business or logistics related discipline an advantage
- Experience in a Sales Analyst role
- Highly computer literate, confident with V-Look ups and Pivot tables a must
- Proven ability to analyse data and provide commercial recommendations
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stake holders
