YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Richmond Head Office within the Branch Merchandise team.
In this pivotal role, you'll transform data into insights that support smarter decision-making and directly impact the way we serve our customers across stores. Partnering with our Branch Merchandise Manager, Planning team, Retail Operations and Stores, you'll play a key role in ensuring our business decisions are grounded in accurate, meaningful analysis.
This is the perfect role for a commercially-minded analyst who thrives in retail, loves problem-solving, and wants to see their work drive real outcomes.

- Analyse store performance data, including sales gradings, stock levels, and category trends
- Investigate underperforming areas and uncover root causes or opportunities
- Build clear, visually effective reporting templates and dashboards
- Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for senior stakeholders
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations
- Present findings in a clear, concise, and engaging way - visually and verbally
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across multiple sources
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented analyst who can cut through the noise and deliver insights that matter.
- 2+ years' experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally in retail
- Proven ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
- Highly proficient in Excel, with strong reporting and dashboarding skills
- Confident communicator (written and verbal), with strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability and ownership of responsibilities
- Clear, concise presentation skills (Excel and PowerPoint preferred)
