**YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYER**
Our client has a long history of developing and managing quality property assets. They utilise external facilities management groups to maintain their properties. With a focus on improvement, risk mitigation and efficiency, they are implementing a new Computerised Maintenance Management System - CMMS. Identifying a need to ensure this process is a success and achieves he goals set by the business, a newly created FM role is on offer currently.

**YOUR ROLE**
The
**National Facilities Systems Manager** will ensure the CMMS is uploaded with accurate data, asst management, and compliance requirements are adhered to. You r duties will include
- Managing external FM vendors regarding Systems requirements
- Advice and Training for stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and consistency across Facilities Management

This is a critical role which is business project focussed initially with a focus across a mixed use portfolio of 50-60 assets, expanding to a further 20 hospitality assets, and finally into their European portfolio.

This is an opportunity to play a critical role within a successful business which encourages you to take responsibility and have a seat at the table.

Salary is envisaged to be $160K- $175K inc Super + 10-20% annual bonus.

An ability to work from the Sydney CBD fringe offices and from home allows flexibility to ensure you are successful.

Local & interstate travel is required.

**YOU**
Experienced in non-residential facilities management, you will have demonstrated credibility across Facilities Management, articulate and considered, with an approachable and pragmatic demeanour.

This is a varied role which requires broad capability and understanding, with a level of expertise in CMMS. Ideal experience will include
- transitioning property assets, implementing & improving systems & procedures
- managing and interrogating property data for maintenance & risk management purposes
- extensive CMMS utilisation
