Dentsu Creative is on the lookout for an energetic and organised Resource Manager to join our Melbourne team
What your typical day will look like:
Reporting to the Group Operations Director, the Resource Manager will manage and plan all workflow through the creative department, ensuring all projects are resourced appropriately.
Other responsibilities include:
- Serve as a key liaison between the Creative, Production, and Account teams, clarifying projects and assigning resources
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines and asset lists, keeping your team and client on track Monitor scheduling, planning and resource management of projects from original concept through delivery of final product
- Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
- Manage the creative department, their resource capacity & forecasting availability
- Attend agency workflow meetings & liaise with account teams to schedule and forecast workload
- Actively promote, pursue, and live dentsu Creative’s vision & values
A bit about you:
- Solid experience in creative resource planning, having worked within complex or multifaceted companies, with a keen interest to expand into a creative agency is highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen, forecasting, analysis and budgeting skills
- High developed problem-solving skills combined with a good risk lens and attention to detail
- Ability to influence and build long-term relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Experience in using workforce planning technologies and time and attendance software
- Strong operational and implementation abilities, happy to lead a national framework and support in building out a new function
