**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong healthcare background, to join our XXX Clinic, STATE, on a Full-Time basis, working approximately 38 hours per week, with some flexibility in hours required. In this important position, you will play a critical role in growing the clinic as well as leading and managing its day-to-day operations.

**DUTIES**

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- The overall management of the practice, ensuring it operates smoothly on a daily basis
- Coordinating / liaising with doctors
- Monitoring accounts, budgets and finance management as well as information technology
- Human resources; training, mentoring and management of administration and nursing staff
- Providing a high level of assistance and communication to patients
- Business Development and promotion of the clinic focusing on Occupational Health services

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

- Ability to engage, motivate and manage staff to achieve desired business outcomes
- Good computer skills
- A strong commitment to customer service
