The Equipment team is responsible for fleet acquisitions, fleet management, international maintenance and continuous improvement so that Toll can continue to provide service quality.

**Job Description**:
Toll Equipment Division is seeking a Inventory Parts Manager to provide specialised parts management capability across Toll Group workshops across Western Australia. This position will provide inventory leadership and direction on spare parts, PPE and consumables, as well as maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits

Reporting to the Area Workshop Manager, this full time role will be based in Kewdale and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of parts and resolve issues with quality or quantity. Lead a team of parts interpreters, and maintain a high performing and safety driven culture.

As the Inventory Parts Manager, you will:

- Prepare reports on inventory levels, trends, and needs as well as analyse data to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and implement Inventory Management strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve turnover.
- Liaise and work collaboratively with teams to effectively coordinate parts between relevant workshops and deliver maintenance outputs and effective handovers
- Identify inefficient, unsafe or environmentally unsustainable work practices, liaise with Area Workshop Manager to ensure appropriate action is taken.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in a Inventory Management, or Parts Management position.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to identify cost savings within current business practices.
- Uncompromising on quality, safety; championing this across your remit.
- Stakeholder management skills; able to communicate with all levels of staff.
