**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a Cable Operations Manager to help establish and expand our cable operational capabilities covering the Mining network within WA.

This is an opportunity suited to an experienced Cable Operations Manager who is looking to take on a new challenge. The role will be responsible for the delivery of the financial expectations for the business unit. Further to this the role will be responsible for delivering the strategic growth of the business unit that aligns with the overall company strategy.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

As a Cable Operations Manager you will perform the following:

- Demonstrate HSEQ leadership behaviours
- Provide appropriate quoting with respect to WA Cables.
- Manage Cable Operations to ensure both internal requirements and customer satisfaction
- Active and dynamic customer management
- In the early phases of development of the Cable Business, provide hands-on support to operations
- Ensure the business has the appropriate skill level and ensure training schemes are implemented to assist with growing the cables services
- Business Development growth with respect to driving budgeted revenue outcomes
- Accountable for delivering financial expectations that are aligned to budget expectations

- Previous experience in managing Cable workshops
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, holds safety as a core value
- Ability to multi-task in stressful situations
- Demonstrated experience in resolving problems, including fault finding
- Proven ability to deliver results
- Strong customer focus
