There will be a combination of management, operational and business development duties to see the overall business achieve results. *** **Responsibilities** - Setting KPI’s to manage and monitor activity within the team - Recruitment, mentoring and training of staff - Mentoring and empowering employees to continually improve professional development and workmanship - To be a part of the recruiting process - Working with the Operations Manager to implement systems and processes to ensure efficient work practices to close the gap between the Operations and Service Departments - Writing of the yearly service strategic plan **Required skills & Experience** - Experience in a similar role servicing the manufacturing and / or industrial sector - Experience managing a team of Service technicians - Previous dealing with Senior stakeholders and C-suite levels - Excellent communication skills - Business acumen with experience management department P&Ls - Proactive and motivated personality who can lead by example **How to apply** - Resume - Cover Letter (optional)
