Mobilize are seeking a
**Service Manager **to start with our client who is an industry leader in the sales, service, manufacture and delivery of industrial compressors servicing a range of industries. With people / culture and innovation at the forefront of our clients values, this permanent position presents as a fantastic opportunity for someone to entrench themselves in a position to make there own, with an employer who provides the support necessary to succeed and grow.

There will be a combination of management, operational and business development duties to see the overall business achieve results.

**Responsibilities**
- Setting KPI’s to manage and monitor activity within the team
- Recruitment, mentoring and training of staff
- Mentoring and empowering employees to continually improve professional development and workmanship
- To be a part of the recruiting process
- Working with the Operations Manager to implement systems and processes to ensure efficient work practices to close the gap between the Operations and Service Departments
- Writing of the yearly service strategic plan

**Required skills & Experience**
- Experience in a similar role servicing the manufacturing and / or industrial sector
- Experience managing a team of Service technicians
- Previous dealing with Senior stakeholders and C-suite levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Business acumen with experience management department P&Ls
- Proactive and motivated personality who can lead by example
