**Who will you be working with at WiTWA?** As our Community Administrator, your primary responsibilities will be to work closely with the WiTWA Community Manager and Co-Chairs in the operational support of WiTWA. We are all working towards worthwhile goals - You will get the opportunity to network with amazing, well-connected people in the WA tech community - You will have flexible working arrangements, and sometimes regional travel will be required **What will you be doing at WiTWA?** - You will be the first point of call for sponsor, volunteer, speaker and community enquiries - You will be a passionate advocate for WiTWA, confidently giving potential supporters an initial overview of WiTWA - what we are about, why we do it and how we operate - You will be responsible for onboarding our volunteers and maintaining accurate HR records - You will keep the WiTWA CRM system (HubSpot) up to date with information from volunteers, members, sponsors, and partners - You will help keep volunteers on track by uploading information to HubSpot, ClickUp and G-Drive - You will keep the WiTWA G-Drive folders, sub-folders and files organised; creating a logical site map for people to refer to when looking for information - You will manage diary priorities and arrange meetings for the Committee and Sub-Committees - You will get the opportunity to work on the WiTWA websites, using WordPress - You will get the chance to create social media content using Hootsuite across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram **What would we love you to bring to the role?** - Your genuine passion and drive for creating a more diverse and inclusive community for women in technology - Your confidence to communicate with a diverse range of people in your role as an advocate for WiTWA - Your keen organisational skills, spanning across both people and systems - Your previous experience with CRM's (preferably HubSpot) and document management (preferable G-Drive) - Your previous marketing support experience with web and/or socials - Your high level of both written and verbal communication, including writing professional content for reports and proposals - You will have a keen eye for detail when writing copy and documentation **Who is WiTWA?** WiTWA is a Perth-based, not for profit organisation providing empowerment and community to women to make the tech industry equitable.
