About the
role

An opportunity is now available for
a Senior Community Safety Administration Officer to join the
Rangers and Community Safety Team, based at our Operations Centre
Building in Bibra Lake in a permanent full-time
capacity.

In this important role, you will
use your coordination and mentoring skills to foster a
high-performing team culture to support operational outcomes and
lead the continuous improvement of customer services functions
within the Community Safety Business Unit.

About
you

We're looking for a dynamic
new team member with previous experience in:

  • Leading customer service functions within a regulatory
    compliance, or local government environment.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage escalated enquiries.
  • Experience developing and implementing customer service
    improvements.
  • Evolved communication and soft skills.

Salary: Level 5
